Downtown

Downtown Atlanta and its surrounding boroughs are quickly becoming burgeoning gayborhoods. The heart of the city boasts a number of nightlife mainstays including clubs such as Rain, Django and the new Xcess Ultra Lounge, which draw massive black gay crowds each weekend.

Downtown also features many of the city's top attractions including the Georgia Aquarium, the largest aquarium in the world, the World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, Inside CNN Studio Tour and the nearby Martin Luther King Center. Sports and music also find a home in Downtown with Philips Arena, Turner Field, Georgia Dome and Tabernacle.
