Atlanta Feminist Women's Chorus
Atlanta Feminist
Women's Chorus is one of the oldest
and largest non-auditioned choruses in the United States.
The chorus sings a variety of music including show
tunes, women's music and classical music. They are
also a member of the international gay and lesbian
choral association or GALA Choruses, Inc.
The Atlanta Freedom Marching Band
The Atlanta
Freedom Marching Band is a gay, lesbian,
bisexual and transgender marching band. Founded in 1993,
it has grown to be one of the nation's most visible and
active LGBT bands. Everyone is welcome to join the band
regardless of musical ability (non-musical? baton and
flag twirlers are always welcome). They march and play
at local festivals -gay and straight-and at First Metropolitan
Community Church of Atlanta.
Atlanta Gay Men's Chorus
Atlanta Gay Men's
Chorus is an auditioned chorus that
provides quality performances of classical, show tunes,
popular work and pieces specially commissioned for the
chorus. Founded 20 years ago, they perform at three annual
concerts (Holiday, Spring and Pride) and host a variety
of concerts throughout the year. |

OurSong: The Atlanta Gay and Lesbian
Chorus
OurSong is dedicated to performing high quality music
while celebrating our unique gay and lesbian experience
and our evolving place in the world. OurSong is Atlanta’s
only gay and lesbian chorus! Its singers, directors,
accompanists and non-singing members serve in a volunteer
capacity. The chorus strives to provide gays and lesbians
with opportunities for the performance of choral music
in a supportive and affirming environment. |
